Thank you Dr. Jaimes-Valencia, editor of MedUNAB journal, for inviting me to write the editorial of this volume, and I apologize to readers for delaying its dissemination. The reason for this delay is a flaw known by the vast majority of you: work overload - everything is important, everything is urgent and fortunately everything also wonderful!
