Este fue el título del trabajo presentado por el profesor Jairo Gutiérrez Ramos, adscrito a la Escuela de Historia de nuestra Universidad, que le valió este año el Premio Nacional en Ciencias Sociales que concede la Fundación Alejandro Ángel Escobar.
