Abstract

This editorial provides an overview of the change agents that make up Best Practices Spotlight Organization (BPSO) networks of the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO), as well as a historical account of the growth of the Champions Students BPSO Network at the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga (UNAB). It is concluded that the network is a successful strategy that allows the certification to be sustainable as a direct BPSO and host.
